About the Role

This is a founding role at BrikMate.

This role exists to ensure customers succeed and the business runs cleanly as BrikMate scales from early traction to a category-defining company. You are not inheriting a playbook. You are building it.

You own the post-sale customer experience end to end. From contract signed through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success, you are accountable for how quickly customers receive value and how confidently they rely on BrikMate day to day.

You will design the systems, processes, and standards that future Business & Customer Operations hires will inherit. What you build here becomes the foundation for how BrikMate serves customers at scale.

Secondarily, you will flex into internal business operations. As an early-stage company, priorities shift. When internal projects need support or ownership, this role steps in and drives execution forward.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and have real ownership over customer outcomes and internal execution.
